Indicator Reports
The York Human Rights City Network (YHRCN) has developed a new participatory approach to monitor the realisation of human rights in York.
A survey conducted in the city identified five priority rights for York by surveying those living and working in the city. They are non-discrimination and equality, education, health and social care, an adequate standard of living, and housing.
Annual reports are published to record progress in York against these rights and associated indicators, and to stimulate debate and action on human rights in the city.
