A Conversation with Ambassador Lamberto Zannier, OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities

Ambassador Lamberto Zannier is the current OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. Previously the OSCE Secretary General for two three-year terms (2011-2017), he has also served in various prominent roles for the United Nations, as the Special Representative for Kosovo and Head of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo, and for the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
This session is a valuable opportunity to engage in dialogue with Ambassador Lamberto about the issues, opportunities and challenges he has faced in his career, and to gain insights into the realities of advocating for human rights and advancing humanitarianism through intergovernmental fora.
