Join the Centre for Women’s Studies, University of York for theirfirst Annual Lecture to celebrate International Women’s Day! CWS is delighted to welcome Avtar Brah, MBE, who will discuss concepts of borders, national identity and belonging, arguing that ‘politically Black feminism’ has been at the forefront of decolonial politics. Lecture and Q&A followed by drinks reception.
