Dr. Miro Griffiths – Research Fellow, School of Sociology and Social Policy, University of Leeds
The Workshop will cover:
- What is the UNCRPD? What is the EHRC role and how it engages with disabled people about UNCRPD.
- Implementation of UNCRPD: how it can be used at a local/city region level and DPO level.
- ‘The personal is political’ – using the UNCRPD on the individual level and with your peers to remove disabling barriers.
