Armed Forces Community Event

In partneship with City of York Council, York CVS will be hosting a York Armed Forces Community event on Tuesday 30 July 2019 at the Priory Street Centre, York.
During the event we will explore how we can turn the knowledge we gained from City of York Council’s Community Survey in April, and turn this into an action plan to better support York’s Armed Forces Community.
The event is aimed at all members of the Armed Forces Community, including current serving members, veterans and their families as well as members of York’s Voluntary and Community Sector who support the Armed Forces Community and their families.
The event will be creative and stimulating. Speakers versed in their subjects will introduce important themes that have emerged during the research.
The event will start at 18:00 but we will be providing a ‘Fish and Chip Supper’ for all attendees from 17:15. Please let us know your preferences and any dietary requirements when you book your tickets.
