Join Sarah to explore techniques to help get your creative juices flowing to write & make poetry. Sarah will be guiding you through various exercises using images and music as inspiration.
Art Liberation Week
Art Liberation Week aims to decolonise art and creative practice. In practice this means that whatever your experience, you can create art. We strongly encourage you to try as many of the workshops as you can, push yourself out of your comfort zone and our wonderful facilitators will guide and care for you during this process.
The week offers an opportunity for people of colour in York to connect and build a supportive community; a space where we can freely express ourselves and experience joy.
For the Week’s events we are operating on a sliding scale. Please use the Green Bottle Sliding Scale Analogy to determine which price option works for you.
