This Masterclass is for you… it starts with a one-day, live immersion workshop delivered by our highly experienced trainers and is designed to empower and accelerate change, helping you to explore the essentials of management and leadership, providing you with powerful, practical tools to deal with the challenges of today’s workplace and lead with influence and impact.

There will be a mix of practically focussed group sessions, individual support, and reflection throughout the day, with access to our highly experienced transformational coaching team beyond the programme to help you with your qualification and on your way.
You will also have exclusive access to fully funded further programmes and the opportunity to undertake an Accredited Management Qualification (or unit of).
The Masterclass offers you a ready network of likeminded women, it will provide a high impact, challenging and stretching environment that provides time away from the ‘day to day’, to reflect and review your vison and purpose, increase your knowledge and skills, and look at what’s stopping you getting where you want to be.
