Cupcake Wars – For Macmillan Coffee Morning

FRIDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER IS THE WORLD’S BIGGEST COFFEE MORNING.
It’s Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer.
They ask people all over the UK to host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan.
In honour all of our inspirational customers that have survived or are currently fighting cancer, we will be hosting a full day of events at the Trafalgar Bay on Nunnery Lane in York.
Our first event is Cupcake Wars!
To enter this FREE competition:
– Buy or bake 6 cupcakes
– Decorate them yourself in your preferred style
– Pop then in a box & include any information that you think would be useful, such as your name, contact number, category and any allergens that you think customers need to be aware of
– Drop them off at the Trafalgar Bay on Thursday 26th September 2019 between 12 noon & 10.30pm
Judging will take place at 12 noon on Friday 27th September 2019.
Winners will be announced shortly after that via our Facebook page.
Prizes can be claimed any time after that.
The cupcakes will then be sold, with all money going to Macmillan.
There are various age & abilities categories, so all entries are welcome.
The categories are:
– under 5s
– 5 to 8 year olds
– 9 to 12 year olds
– 13 to 17 year olds
– 18 years & older
– 18 years & older COMPLETE BEGINNER. I have never done anything like this before, but am up for a laugh in aid of a good cause!
– Professional
