Safe Houses Uganda – Summer support to support LGBT groups in Uganda

Come and join us for a SUMMER Supper to raise money for Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG)

an umbrella non-governmental organization based in Kampala which advocates the protection and promotion of human rights of LGBT Ugandans. Money raised goes towards setting up and maintaining safe houses for LGBT people threatened with violence. We hope to Skype with Frank Mugishu, head of SMUG, and to have some people present with first hand experience in Uganda. Books and CDs for sale.
