Weekly pop-up fitness at Millennium Bridge

Join us at Millennium Fields for free, weekly fitness sessions in partnership with York Mind.
These sessions are fun, informal and for all abilities. Whether it’s the first time you’ve exercised or whether you’re a regular, we will ensure you have a great session and get a lot out of it.
Taking part in physical activity not only keep you physically healthier, but supports good mental health too – we reckon you’ll definitely finish the session with a smile on your face so come along and get involved.
We’ll meet on the Eastern end of Millennium Bridge (near the end of Maple Grove) before having a short walk over to the equipment.
