Message from Host Let's get together to meet new friends, help people in need and learn about traditional food around the world. Join NYC's Reality Cooking Classes featuring the wonderful Hang Ly, who will teach us how to prepare a traditional Vietnamese meal while taking us to a culinary journey through her natal Ho Chi Ming City. Hang Ly will treat us to a delicious homemade menu: Summer Rolls (starter) Banh Xeo, Vietnamese Crispy Pancakes (main) Soya pudding with ginger caramel sauce (dessert) After the demonstration, attendees will have the opportunity to taste what has been prepared. Registration: This event open to everyone and booking is ESSENTIAL. Please RSVP by 03.07.2019.  Fees: We operate on a pay-as-you feel basis, which means that the amount you pay for the class is entirely up to you. NYC's Reality Cooking Classes are events with a social taste. Any profits raised will be donated to Refugee Action York (RAY), a UK registered charity raising awareness about the contribution refugees and asylum seekers make to our society. Special thanks This event wouldn't be possible without the generous support of the amazing team at  York City Church.
